Abstract
본 연구의 목적은 드림스타트 업무를 담당하고 있는 공무원과 민간 아동통합사례관리사의 조직건강성에 대한 인식을 확인하고 고용형태, 근무기간, 조직 구조에 따라 조직건강성 수준에 차이가 있는지 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 현재 사업을 담당하고 있는 지방자치단체 전담공무원과 아동통합사례관리사를 대상으로 조사를 실시하였으며, 고용형태, 근무기간, 조직 및 인력 구조에 따른 조직건강성 인식 수준을 확인하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 전담공무원과 아동통합사례관리사의 고용형태, 근무기간에 따라 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 드림스타트 조직 및 인력구조에 따라 조직건강성에 차이가 나타났다. 즉, 실무자의 근무여건과 조직 특성에 따라서 조직건강성에 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 질 높은 사례관리를 위해 건강한 조직을 형성하기 위해서는 실무자의 근무 기간 보장과 드림스타트 사업 지침에 따른 조직 및 인력 구조를 갖추는 것이 매우 중요한 요건임을 확인하였다. The purpose of this study was to identify the level of organizational health of performing the dream start project and to create an organizational culture for quality integrated case management by exploring factors affecting the organizational health. To this end, the medical institution identified the organizational health perception according to the type of employment of the person in charge, period of work, organization, and manpower, and separated groups based on the organization culture, health, and human health perception mean. First, there was a difference between the type of employment and the period of employment in the dream start organizational health perception, and the difference in the organizational health perception was statistically significant due to the interaction between the type of employment and the work period. Second, there was a difference in organizational health according to dream start organization and manpower structure. In other words, there was a significant difference in organizational health according to working conditions and organizational characteristics of practitioners. It can be seen in an organization that there are different positions depending on the type of employment between full-time civil servants, contract workers, or arms contract child integration management. This gap in perception leads to conflicts among members, which in turn leads to job satisfaction, which in turn can negatively affect service recipients.
