Abstract
Owing to rapid progress of digital information and communication technology changes not only the area of technology and function but also all society including economy, culture, administration, policy, and education in the respect of structure principle, value & rule, and custom. Like this our society has progressed only forward with digital information and communication technology. But now it is the time for our attention to turn back from forehead. There is a solution for information gap between classes, generations, regions, groups, and nations. Information is in other words just power and resource. We can realize social equality by equal information, and informational welfare can be just the base for social welfare. But if the present social-economic gap were to increase as with informatization, and also there were added new information gap with informatization, it would be inevitable to get negative and pessimistic view that information society would bring rather deeper inequal structure. Especially, internet is a main place to get information in our society and affecting various areas with greatness. All information on internet has to be shared by every one easily and web accessibility also ought to be easy for people to do by providing equal opportunity. However the limit condition including inequality in income & education level and physical disability makes them hard to approach and use the information on internet with ease and as a result of this disadvantage is getting grow. Advanced countries that recognized this problem already set forth efforts to make all people can use web easily through various policies. But our country has not yet sufficient social attention to web accessibility. Seeing this point of view, there needs more active study for improving web contents accessibility in the various respects. Therefore this study has an aim to supply effective materials for improving web accessibility with case study related to the subject of effective interactive design by metaphor.
