Abstract
According to the result of this study, the narratives of contents in the public culture have characteristics like these; 1) strengthen the system and relax the unity to maximize the enjoyment, 2) headed to open narratives for guaranteeing the continuous enjoyment, 3) have an element which makes it possible to produce the value of goods continuously by activating the enjoyment inside. To develop successful contents of public culture by reflecting actively the characteristics of them, the following elements are really necessary; 1) a plan to strengthen the enjoyer's active practice as a participant, 2) a grope for the practical way about the efficiency of the production of goods' value and of the organic relation of cultural value, 3) a plan to realize and strengthen the cultural identity for the continuous production of value, 4) a construction of connected system among contents. To satisfy these proposals, not only the creators but also the workers for planning and marketing should have a high knowledge about the public culture's contents. For the education specialized in the public culture's contents, a plastic and practical education on the basis of organic cluster among schools, research institutes and industries should be realized earlier than any other things and now is the time for that start.
