DVB-T 방식 탑재를 위한 스마트폰에서의 EPG 구현

Abstract

본 논문에서는 스마트폰에서 유럽식 지상파방송인 DVB-T 방식을 사용하여 EPG(Electronic Program Guide)를 디코딩할 수 있는 EPG 디코더 구현 방법을 제안하였다. 논문에서 제시된 EPG 디코더 구현방법은 다음과 같다. 스마트폰이라는 제한된 하드웨어 리소스 환경에서 실시 간으로 디코더가 동작하기 위해서는 모등 정보를 디코딩하는 것이 아니라 기본적인 정보만을 디코딩하는 방안을 제안하였다. 또한 이동수신은 고정수신에 비해서 패킷에 에러가 발생할 확 률이 높다. 따라서 최대한 빠른 시간에 패킷을 동기화하고, 안정화된 상태로 가기위한 방안을 제안하였다. 마지막으로 빠른 시간에 사용자에게 EPG를 제공하기 위한 메모리맵의 구성 방안 을 제안하였다. 위의 방안을 고려하여 소프트웨어를 이용하여 EPG 디코더를 구현하였으며, 구 현된 EPG 디코더는 실제 유럽에서 사용되는 TS 스트림을 이용하여 실시간 하드웨어 환경에서 검증하였다. This paper proposes an implementation method of EPG (Electronic Program Guide) decoder which is able to decode EPG by using a DVB-T (Digital Video Broadcasting-Terrestrial) form a smartphone. The proposed method to decode foundational information only, not to decode all information, for realtime decoding system in the limited hardware resource circumstance, as a smartphone. Besides, the error occurrence probability of a mobile reception is higher than a fixed reception. Therefore, it proposed a method which accomplish a synchronization of a channel as soon as possible and go on a stable condition. Finally, it proposed a constitution plan of a memory map in order to provide EPG to user as soon as possible. After considering the above plan, it embodied an EPG decoder with using software, and an embodied EPG decoder was verified in a realtime hardware circumstance.
