Abstract
An object of the main research consist in providing the fundamental data for minimizing a pain after taking exercise and preventing a injury due to exercise and is examining closely the difference of delayed onset muscle soreness according to the time difference when taking an arrangement exercise for 10 minutes, 20 minutes, and half an hour and when don`t taking an arrangement exercise after inducing a delayed onset muscle soreness and executing a persistent isotonic training. The experiment method of the main research was chosen 28 male students usually don`t taking as Hanyang university. All of the experiments have more than three times a week weight training market and a gymnasium in Hanyang university. An preliminary exercise has been done samenessly with 15 minutes and an arrangement exercise was organized with 7 persons teams, and carried into composed of not executing teams, and 10 minutes,20 minutes and half a hour teams The main exercise has been executed to progress with the isotonic training of the 4 classes(bench press, extention brachia, leg press, squat) for inducing a chest muscular. The measurement of the delayed onset soreness was gauged each three times group not executed an arrangement exercise and group taking exercise 10 minutes ,20 minutes and half an hour the next day of elasping 24 hours with classfied by parts after executing a preliminry exercise and jnducing a muscular pain with the main exercise. the average and standard deviation were turned out concerning each analysis item and executed the repetition measurement of the unitary dispersion and all of the heed level of the statistics was given official approval at = 0.5.
