dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study was to examine 'The effect of aquatic exercise and land exercise on theblood lipid in hemiplegic patients after stroke' toward. Twenty(20) stroke patients were selected from S SeniorWelfare Center located in S area. The result of this study is an follows. In blood lipids, There was no significantlydifference groups among three. No differences were found in TC, TG, LDL, HDL and Glucose among groupsthrough the aquatic rehabilitation exercise program. Based on this study, The further studies on appropriate intensityof exercise and concrete effect according to exercise type should be performed constantly when aquatic rehabilitationexercise is aplied to disabled persons with other diseases, old persons, and pregnant women. It is considered thataquatic exercise has an effect on blood lipids for hemiplegic patients after stroke, if aquatic rehabilitation exercise with proper frequency intensity and duration on individuality as well.en_US
