- Abstract
- 본 논문은 고주파 스위칭 인버터에 있어서 고주파 스위칭 시 암 단락(Arm-short) 및 역회복 실패에 대한 신뢰성 을 개선하기 위한 방안으로 듀얼 벅 인버터를 선정하였다. 선정 한 인버터에GaN HEMT의 차세대 스위치를 적용함으로써 고주 파 스위칭 시에도 높은 효율과 안정적인 동작이 가능함을 실험 을 통하여 입증하였다.
