무용전공 대학생들의 전공선택동기가 직업가치관 및 취업준비행동에 미치는 영향

Abstract

이 연구는 무용전공 대학생들의 전공선택동기가 직업가치관과 취업준비행동에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위하여 4년제 대학교에 재학 중인 무용전공 대학생들 416명을 대상으로 표본을 수집하여 분석한 결과, 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 개인적 특성에 따른 전공선택동기와 직업가치관 및 취업준비행동의 차이를 살펴본 결과, 1학년이 3학년보다 내재적동기가 높게 나타났고, 외재적동기는 1학년이 3학년, 4학년보다 높은 것으로 나타났다. 전공에 따른 내재적동기에서 현대무용이 한국무용, 발레보다 높게 나타났으며, 전공에 따른 직업가치관의 차이는 성취감에서는 현대무용이 한국무용, 발레보다 높게 나타났고, 전문성에서도 현대무용이 한국무용, 발레보다 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 무용전공대학생들의 전공선택동기가 직업가치관에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 내재적동기는 성취감, 전문성, 능력에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 외재적동기는 성취감, 목표설정에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 무용전공 대학생들의 전공선택동기가 취업준비행동에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 내재적동기는 도구구비, 정보수집, 목표설정에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 외재적동기는 정보수집, 목표설정에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 무용전공 대학생들의 전공선택동기와 직업가치관 및 취업준비행동 간에는 유의미한 인과관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. The study is to analyze the effect of major choice motives of dance major students on vocational values and job preparation behaviors. 416 dance major students of four-year-course colleges were selected to collected samples and analyzed. The findings are as follows; 1) There were differences by personal qualities in major choice motives, vocational values and job preparation behaviors. Inherent motives of first-grade students are higher than that of the third-grade and extrinsic motives of first-grade students are higher than the third-grade and four-grade. In terms of the intrinsic motivation according to student’s major, the figure from Modern dance students was higher than those from Korean Dance and Ballet students. In addition, Modern dance students showed higher a sense of achievement and professionalism in the differences of vocational value by major, compared to Korean Dance and Ballet students.2) Inherent motives have significant effects on a sense of accomplishment, professionalism and capability, and extrinsic motives on a sense of accomplishment and goal setting. 3) Inherent motives have significant effects on gear preparation, information gathering and goal attainment, and extrinsic motives on information gathering and goal attainment. 4) There are significant causal relations between major choice motives, and vocational values and job preparation behaviors.
