The results are as follows. First, both groups showed significant change in weight, skeletal muscle mass, body fat, and BMI between before and after workout. however, there was significant difference in weight, body fat and BMI before and after exercise for the control group, while the control group showed a statistically significant increase. Second, there was no significant difference in total cholesterol and blood glucose before and after exercise for the exercise group, there was significant difference(p<.01) on the factors of blood lipids as triglycerides, HDL-cholesterol and LDL-cholesterol before and after exercise for the exercise group.
