공학기술문화 확산에 관한 정책적 연구

Abstract

공학기술문화는 공학의 성과를 좌우하는 중요한 요소이며, 사회문화 풍토형성에 많은 영향을 미치기 에관심을 갖고 육성해야 한다. 그러나 최근 일련의 노력을 통해 공학관련 투자나 산업규모, 연구소 시 설 등의 물리적 환경의 경우 상당한 수준에 이르렀다고 판단가능하나, 공학의 보급 및 교육, 홍보 등 공학문화 발전에 필요한 무형의 환경에 대한 인식은 취약하다고 판단된다. 따라서 이러한 문제를 해결하 기 위해서는 사회적 인식 개선을 통한 문화 활동의 보급이 절실히 요구되며 현실적 대응 정책 및 사회 적 분위기의 조성이 특히 중요하다. 이에 따라 본 연 구는 공학기술문화의 확산 제고 전략을 마련하는데 있어 수요자의 입장에서 실질적인 효과를 거둘 수 있는 단기 및 중장기적 공학기술문화 확산 방안을 제시하였다. The engineering technical culture needs to be fostered since it has been an important factor that decides the results of engineering and affects the establishment of social culture to a great extent. However, it is considered that awareness about invisible environments required for the distribution, education, promotion, and development of the engineering culture are not sufficient enough even though physical environments such as investments in engineering and research facilities have reached a substantial level through a recent series of efforts. Thus, distributing cultural activities by improving social awareness is desperately required to solve these problems, To take realistic measures and establish social atmosphere are particularly important. In order to design strategies for the diffusion of the engineering technical culture in the position of users, this research suggests short-term and mid-term plans and operating strategies that could produce substantial results.
