무용전공 고등학생의 사고양식과 비판적 사고성향의 관계

Abstract

이 연구의 목적은 무용전공 고등학생의 개인변인(학교, 성별, 학년, 전공, 무용경력, 연습시간)과 사고양식유형이 비판적 사고성향과 어떠한 관계가 있는지를 검증하는 것이다. 연구대상은 서울ㆍ경지지역에 소재한 5개 예술고등학교 무용과 학생 514명으로서 사고양식 검사와 비판적 사고성향 검사가 실시되었다. 자료분석은 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석과 신뢰성 검증, 기술통계, 분산분석, 상관분석, 단계적 다중회귀분석을 통해 이루어졌다. 연구 결과 사고양식은 모든 개인변인에 따라 행정적, 전체적, 지엽적 양식을 제외한 나머지 10개 유형에서 부분적으로 유의한 차이를 보였으며, 비판적 사고성향은 모든 개인변인에 따라 편견없음과 분석을 제외하고 부분적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. (3) 무용전공 고등학생의 비판적 사고성향 수준을 예측하는 변인으로서 사고양식 중 입법적, 군주제, 사법적, 자유적, 계급제, 전체적 양식이 정적/부적으로 유의한 영향을 미치며 전체 변량의 46%를 설명하는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between thinking styles and critical thinking dispositions in high school students. 514 dance students responded to Thinking Style Inventory and California Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory. Data were analyzed by frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, internal consistency, descriptive analysis, ANOVA, correlation analysis, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results of the study are as follows; (1) In thinking styles differences according to personal variables, there were significant differences by all personal variables in ten of the styles. (2) In critical thinking disposition, there were significant differences by all personal variables in five of the dispositions except open-mindness and analysis. (3) The scores of legislative, monarchic, judicial, liberal, hierarchic, and global thinking styles explained about 46% of the subfactors of critical thinking disposition scores.
