dc.description.abstract이 논문에서는 휴대용 기기를 위한 current-mode DC-DC buck 컨버터에 대해 소개한다. DC-DC 컨버터의 컨트롤러에는 전류를 이용한 컨트롤 방식을 사용하였다. 설계된 DC-DC 컨버터는 standard 0.13-㎛ 공정을 이용하여 제작되었고, 칩의 크기는 1.02㎟ 이다. 설계된 칩의 최대 효율은 93.5%이고, 스위칭 주파수는 1~1.25㎒, 최대 허용 전류는 400㎃이다. This paper presents the design of a current-mode DC-DC buck converter for portable devices. Controller of DC-DC buck converter is designed by current-mode control method. A current-mode DC-DC buck converter is implemented in a standard 0.13㎛ CMOS process, and the overall die size is 1.02㎟. The peak efficiency is 93.5 % and the switching frequency is from 1 to 1.25㎒, the maximum load current is 400㎃.en_US
