예술인의 일자리창출을 위한 문화예술분야 사회적 경제조직 사례연구 - 무용, 연극, 국악 단체를 중심으로

Abstract

2015년 한국교육개발원과 교육부가 실시한 고등교육기관 졸업자 통계에서 대학 7개 계열별 취업률에 따르면 의약계열과 공학계열이 가장 높은 분야를 차지하였고 예체능계열은 가장 낮은 비율을 차지하였다. 게다가 예체능 계열은 계열별 유지취업률과 취업 후에도 지속적으로 불안정한 취업의 상태가 지속되는 것으로 파악된다. 이렇듯 공연예술 관련 전공을 하고 졸업한 경우 현장에서의 취업 연계가 가능한 일자리에 대한 제시를 목적으로 새로운 경제활동의 대안으로 떠오르고 있는 사회적 경제조직에 대한 선행연구를 검토하여 공연예술 단체들의 사례를 조사한 후 인터뷰를 통해서 그들이 어떻게 공연예술전공생들의 일자리를 창출하고 있는지에 대한 연구를 하였다. 이러한 사회적기업, 협동조합, 마을기업과 같은 사회적경제조직의 사례 결과에서 보듯이 지역을 기반으로 하는 오랜 시간의 네트워크 형성과 지속적인 활동을 근간으로 공연 창작활동 외에도 다양한 예술교육프로그램 개발을 하고 조직의 역량을 강화하며 늘 혁신하고자 하는 등의 특성을 통해 관련 전공생들의 일자리를 창출해 왔음을 알 수 있었다. According to the employment rate by courses of 7 universities surveyed in 2014, medicine and engineering courses took the majority, whereas art and physical education courses had the lowest rate. It is considered that continued employment rate of art and physical education courses remains unstable even after employment. In case of graduating after majoring in performing art, economic activities are still depressed due to lack of connection to employment on the spot as mentioned above, so this study conducted a research through interview on how they create jobs after investigating cases of performing art groups by examining advanced studies on social and economic organizations that are emerging as new alternatives for economic activities. As shown in the results of cases, this study was able to know that social and economic organizations such as social enterprises, cooperatives and village companies have developed various art education programs other than creative performance activities based on the long hours of region-based formation of a network and continuous activities, and created jobs for related majors through the characteristics to innovate at all times strengthening capabilities of the organization.
