dc.description.abstract | This study aims to compare by verifying the size of the effect statistics by applying the meta-analysis targeting the domestic studies that has reported the effects of the dance program the sub variables for mental health of the elderly. The collected papers were 135 pieces of the Masters and Doctors, and 14 pieces were selected. The effect size of the dance program measured using the random effects model was 0.98 greater than the Cohen`s (1988) effect of 0.8. In the sub variables effects size of depression(ES=-1.45), stress(ES=-1.33), life satisfaction(ES=1.28), paranoia(ES=-1.08), hostility( ES=-0.94), obsession(ES=-0.90), sociophobia(ES=-0.87), and anxiety( ES=-0.85), psychosis(ES=0.63), cognitive skill(ES=0.31). | en_US |
