채식주의자를 위한 채식 레스토랑 웹페이지 GUI 연구

Abstract

본 연구는 채식주의자들이 늘어남에 따라 채식레스토랑이 점점 증가 하고 있는 추세를 바탕으로 채식레스토랑의 웹GUI가 잘 활용되고 있는지 현황을 파악하고, 문제점을 도출하고자 하였다. 이에 따라 현재 사용되고 있는 채식레스토랑의 웹GUI의 사용성에 대하여 비교 분석하고 각각의 컨텐츠들이 사용성이 용이한지 파악하는 것이 목적이다. 연구의 범위는 국내 채식레스토랑 중, 국내에 체인점을 두 곳 이상 갖고 있고, 웹GUI를 갖추고 있는 레스토랑 네 군데를 선정하여 채식레스토랑의 웹GUI의 행태를 살펴 보았으며, 연구 방법으로는 채식에 대한 국내외 정보 D/B 및 학위논문과 간행물, 웹사이트 검색 등의 선행연구 자료를 참고하여 연구 하였다. 웰빙이 하나의 트렌드로 떠올라 지속적, 영구적 문화가 되었듯이 어느 덧 채식주의 또한 다이어트, 뷰티등의 많은 영역에서 트렌드로 나타나 점차 종교적 차원이 아닌 라이프 스타일 그 자체로 자리매김하고 있다. 채식의 동기가 다양해지자 유제품이나 육류 섭취를 허용하는 범위에 따라 채식주의의 종류도 세분화되었는데, 이런 경향을 따라 채식 레스토랑이 늘어나고 레시피를 다양하게 하여 다채로운 채식 메뉴를 개발하고 있다. 하지만, 채식 레스토랑들의 메뉴 및 후기 등의 정확한 정보를 확인하고 검색해 볼 수 있는 웹 GUI가 부족한 점을 발견할 수 있었다. 현재 채식레스토랑에 대한 정보를 습득하기 위해서는 컨텐츠별 검색뿐이며 이를 한 곳에서 검색하지 않고 직관적으로 바로 정보를 가져 올 수 있는 웹 GUI가 없어 소비자들이 불편함을 겪고 있는 것이다. 이에 따라 현재 채식레스토랑의 웹GUI를 살펴본 결과, 소비자들이 원하는 니즈를 충족시키기에는 여전히 부족함이 많았다. 본 연구를 시작으로 채식레스토랑과 채식레스토랑의 웹GUI에 대한 연구와 실제적인 웹 구축 및 운영이 활발해지기를 기대한다.

This research focuses on acknowledging current conditions and problems regarding usage of web GUI in vegetarian restaurant as there has been increasing demand for vegetarian restaurants. Therefore, the objective is to find and analyze utility of web GUI of vegetarian restaurants and utility and usability of several contents offered. The scope of the research is within domestic vegetarian restaurant which has at least two franchises and equipped with web GUI. We will select four restaurants that meets the requirements and look at behavior of web GUIs. The following reference was used: International and domestic thesis, publications, and data from web research. As well-being arose as constant, eternal trend, vegetarianism has also become quite a life style in many different areas such as beauty, diet, and etc. Reasons for maintaining vegetarian life style became diverse, which led to different levels of vegitereanism that allowed dairy products and certain sort of meat. This resulted in diversified recipes and increased number of vegetarian restaurants along with enthusiastic development of new dishes. But, we were able to notice that there has been lack of web GUI, which provides accurate information on restaurants such as menu and reviews. Currently, categorized contents search is the only way to find information on vegetarian restaurants, and this is the main reason that many consumers are experiencing inconvenience. As we looked into several web GUIs of vegetarian restaurants, we came to realize that these GUIs were not able to meet the needs of consumers. Our hope is that this research serves as a trigger in R&D of web GUIs for vegetarian restaurants as well as its practical application.
