대학캠퍼스 공간관리를 위한 AR기술적용 방안

Abstract

최근 건축업계는 건축물의 효과적인 관리 방안을 모색하려는 노력이 끊임없이 이루어졌다. 바람직한 유지관리 계획을 통해 관리·운용예산의 절감, 에너지 절감, 사용자의 안전 등을 이룰 수 있기 때문에, 이러한 맥락에서의 효과적인 건축물의 유지 및 관리 문제는 아주 중요한 사안이라고 볼 수 있다. 이를 위해 CAFM과 같은 시스템이 등장하게 되면서 건축물의 정보를 컴퓨터를 이용하여 좀 더 신속하고 능률적으로 관리하는 방안에 관한 연구들이 증가하였다. 건축물의 유지 관리를 위해 잘 구축된 정보들을 실제로 사용자에게 어떠한 방법으로 쉽게 전달하고 관리할 지에 관한 가시화적인 프레젠테이션의 문제는 관리시스템을 위한 외부의 표현에 관한 이슈라고 할 수 있는데, CAFM환경 내에 건물 정보를 가시화 하는 것은 일반적으로 컴퓨터를 통해서 인위적으로 만들어진 가상의 공간 내에서 행해지는 경우가 대부분이기 때문에 상대적으로 현실감이 떨어진다는 단점이 있다. 따라서 공간감 또는 실제감이 특히나 중요한 건축 분야에서 좀 더 이러한 문제를 해소하려는 방법에 대해 모색해 왔고, 본 연구는 프레젠테이션 방법의 하나로서 AR 환경의 도입을 통해 건물 관리 시스템에 대한 연구를 진행한다. 또한 이를 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 AR기술과 위치기반 서비스를 활용하여 공간관리 시스템을 구축하고, 시스템을 대학 캠퍼스에 적용하여 기존캠퍼스의 공간정보를 좀 더 체계적으로 관리하기 위한 건물 정보 데이터베스의 효과적인 가시화 방법을 모색하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. Through healthy maintenance planning, they can achieve operating budget, energy savings and the user`s safety, within this context, Building maintenance and management of the problem is very important matter. With the emergence of the system such as CAFM, researches to manage information quickly and effectively by using computers have been increased. Therefore, the field of architecture seek about how to address these problems and we proceed to a study on building management system through the AR as one of the presentation methods. In addition, we built space management system by using AR technology and location based service. The purpose of this study is to seek effective visualization methods to manage the campus building information database more systematically by applying our system.
