Hwangkuemguwan management Hayakawa shows Kobayashi Shokai and Universal Pictures in place of the Tenkatsu movie so as to conflict with Hwangkuemguwan owner Tamura after Yurakuguwan acquisition. Yurakuguwan made a program focused on Kino-drama performances, literature-based feature film screenings, and Western movies including the Blue Bird and Butterfly movie. Even though in such aggressive activity, the Japanese product which can appeals to Japanese of Seoul was excluded from the showing program because of the bankruptcy of Kobayashi Shokai. It made Japanese audiences of Seoul turned away Yurakuguwan. Hayakawa sold the theater to Mankatsu of Nagasaki because of financial difficulties.
